Trading responsibly with TranzBox

These terms govern access to the TranzBox platform, risk disclosures, and how TikTok leads progress from marketing to onboarding.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing TranzBox or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your organization, and agree to these Terms of Service plus any linked policies.

2. Platform scope

TranzBox provides analytics, collaboration, and routing tools. We do not execute trades ourselves and are not a broker-dealer. You are responsible for maintaining an active brokerage relationship to submit trades generated on TranzBox.

3. Trading risk disclosure

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance, factor models, and simulated returns do not guarantee future outcomes. Leveraged and options strategies carry heightened risk. You should evaluate your personal financial situation before acting on any signal surfaced inside TranzBox.

TranzBox may display third-party market data. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability and reserve the right to correct obvious errors without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform; interfere with other customers; or resell access without our written consent. Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended immediately.

5. Lead data + TikTok notices

When TikTok forwards a lead to TranzBox, you authorize us to contact you via email, phone, or in-app messaging regarding the services you requested. We use this data solely to facilitate marketing qualification and onboarding and we delete the record at the end of that workflow unless you become a customer.

6. Intellectual property + license

TranzBox retains all rights to the platform, brand assets, and content. You receive a non-transferable license to use the services while you maintain a paid subscription and comply with these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

TranzBox, its officers, employees, or suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid to TranzBox in the preceding six months.

8. Governance

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victoria, Australia, unless another venue is required by regulation.
